University Life article (Budgeting) Being in a college far away from home is one obstacle you have to overcome in order to achieve all your dreams and goals. It is expensive, you pay for what you eat and wear. Therefore it is helpful if you can somehow develop a budget plan to help you manage your finances in a structured. Being frugal and wise when it comes to money will make you enjoy your college days. Food costs are the biggest expense for a student while studying away from home. Food is a necessity so students tend to spend much on this. A college education is not a cheap thing to have and many parents are quite shocked on how expensive it is. Since money is oftern too short, you will have to do some extra jobs just to make ends meet. It's not easy but you will soon realize the importance of being independent right after college. When you want to keep your budget tight, you will need to buy only stuff that is essential. Lastly, try getting a student loan for a more convenient way to study in college. You still have to save money so that when money issues arise, for example, you have problems with your computer or car it will be easyer for you to find a remedy.
